Each year, several scholarships are awarded to students pursuing one of the various medical degrees, including nursing. 93. David’s Neal Kocurek Scholarship
Graduating high school students in the counties of Travis, Hays, Williamson, Bastrop, and Caldwell counties, Texas, who are pursuing higher education in the medical field at any accredited college/university in the state of Texas, are welcome to apply. If selected as a finalist, you must be present for an in-person interview. Passing a background check is also an eligibility requirement.

95. Colorado Nurses Foundation Scholarship
Residents of Colorado who are enrolled in a Colorado Nursing Program, and who plan on practicing nursing in Colorado, may apply for this scholarship beginning September 1, 2019. Scholarships will be awarded the first semester of 2020. If you are in an undergraduate program, a GPA of 3.25 is required. Graduate students who are applying must have a GPA of 3.5.
